Pay: Earning potential of $90,000 to $180,000 annually

• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills a plus
• All skill levels considered
• Experience with CDK, MyKaarma, and/or German manufacturers a plus

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and resolve the different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs, document work performed on repair order, and document test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Ensure that customer’s vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. The flat rate range for this position is $20 to $50. This is a flat-rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on productivity.
