Infant Lead Teacher – The Learning Experience Ramsey
Location:
The Learning Experience – Ramsey, NJ
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant classroom provides a warm, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment where babies can explore, grow, and thrive. If you love working with infants and want to be part of a supportive and friendly daycare and preschool center, we’d love to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, responsive, and nurturing care to infants ages 6 weeks–12 months.
- Support feeding, diapering, nap schedules, and individualized routines.
- Engage infants in early learning activities such as tummy time, music, sensory play, and simple language experiences.
- Communicate daily with families regarding routines, milestones, and daily updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing and safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred.
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework a plus (not required).
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
