The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a warm, reliable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our toddler classroom supports big developmental milestones—language, movement, independence, and social‑emotional growth—through hands‑on play and structured routines. If you love working with active toddlers and want to be part of a friendly, supportive daycare and preschool community, this role is a great fit.

• Supervise and support toddlers in a safe, caring, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Implement engaging, play‑based activities that promote early learning, motor development, and social skills.
• Encourage independence through routines such as feeding, transitions, and early potty‑learning.
• Communicate daily with families to share updates, milestones, and classroom highlights.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that fosters exploration and creativity.
• Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing and center safety standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework a plus (not required).
• Understanding of toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
