Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher – The Learning Experience Ramsey

Location: Ramsey, NJ

Pay: $17 per hour

Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a warm, dedicated Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our center provides a nurturing, play‑based environment where children grow, explore, and build foundational skills in their earliest years.

• Lead an infant or toddler classroom following New Jersey licensing and safety guidelines.
• Create a nurturing, predictable environment that supports secure attachments and early learning.
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum with age‑appropriate activities.
• Support early milestones such as language development, motor skills, and social‑emotional growth.
• Communicate daily with families about routines, care notes, and developmental progress.
• Partner with co‑teachers and leadership to uphold quality and consistency.

• At least 6 months of experience in a licensed daycare, childcare, or preschool program (1+ year preferred).
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to meet all NJ DCF childcare licensing guidelines.
