• Assist lead teachers in implementing age‑appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Support daily activities, including feeding, diapering, and nap time routines.
• Engage children in play‑based learning and developmental activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents about theircollections' progress and daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and afirmar professional development opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young children.
• Commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
