The Learning Experience
- Ramsey is seeking an enthusiastic Toddler Teacher for our Twaddler classroom, serving children approximately 2-2.5 years old.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping young children develop independence, build friendships, strengthen communication skills, and discover the joy of learning through play.

Key Responsibilities- Support daily classroom activities and routines for children ages 2-2.5
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Create engaging sensory, art, music, movement, and hands-on learning experiences
- Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interactions
- Support toileting, diapering, meals, rest time, and classroom transitions
- Use positive guidance and developmentally appropriate classroom management
- Observe and document children's developmental progress
- Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and center leadership
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Follow New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education experience preferred
- Experience with toddlers or 2-year-olds strongly preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive, patient approach
- Dependable, energetic, and comfortable working with young children
- Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
- $18 per hour
- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule
