• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with state regulations and company protocols
• Document medication administration and communicate any concerns or changes to the community director
• Provide daily care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Assist with meal service and hydration, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families
• Participate in care team meetings and contribute to personalized care plans
• Support a clean, safe, and engaging environment for all residents
• Respond to resident needs promptly and with empathy
• Lead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions to promote resident well-being and cognitive stimulation
• Willing and able to lift over 75 pounds for tasks such as transferring residents
• Uphold Fox Trail's values of respect, compassion, and person-centered care

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification for the state of New Jersey required
• Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) preferred
• Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred (but not required)
• Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and assist in transfers

This position is available for Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem/ALL Shifts

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour
