Speech Therapy Plus LLC is a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to providing therapy services to children in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are excited to expand our team by adding Physical Therapy (PT) to our range of services and are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join us!

Sign On Bonus: $500

$500 for Part Time

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will work with children of all ages, from infants to adolescents, helping them develop and improve their gross motor skills, strength, balance, and mobility. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care tailored to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance motor development and functional movement.
  • Provide direct therapy services for children with developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic concerns, and other physical challenges.
  • Collaborate with Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide multidisciplinary care.
  • Educate families and caregivers on exercises and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in NJ.
  • Pediatric experience preferred (outpatient, school‑based, or clinical settings).
  • Strong understanding of child development, motor learning principles, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Job Type: Part‑time

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
