Speech Therapy Plus LLC is expanding its services in Ramsey, NJ to provide speech and language therapy to children and families. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team.

• Provide evaluations, treatment, and individualized therapy plans for children with speech, language, fluency, articulation, and social communication disorders.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support each child’s communication development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to carry over therapy strategies at home.

• Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state of NJ.
• CCC‑SLP certification.
• Experience working with pediatric populations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals in a fun and engaging way.

• Pay: $68.00 – $80.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 for full‑time, $500 for part‑time.
