• Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate hydration

• Administer basic health monitoring and report any changes to the community director

• Offer companionship, comfort, and emotional support to residents

• Lead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions to promote resident well‑being

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable environment

• Help with transporting or transferring residents safely as needed

• Participate in care team meetings and contribute to personalized care planning

• Support a safe and nurturing living environment, attentive to residents' physical and emotional needs

• Uphold Fox Trail's values of respect, compassion, and person-centered care

• Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required

• Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) preferred

• Prior experience in memory care, senior care, or assisted living is a plus

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

• Willing and able to lift over 75 pounds for tasks such as transferring and supporting residents safely

• A heart for service and compassion for individuals living with Alzheimer's and dementia

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependability, patience, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

• Physical stamina and willingness to assist with mobility and physical care

• Dedication to upholding the dignity, comfort, and well-being of every resident

This position is available for Full Time/Part Time/ Per Diem/ ALL Shifts
