UX Designer

Overview

We're seeking an Experience Designer to join our growing Experience Design team at a pivotal moment in our transformation. Designed for someone who wants to make the leap from individual contributor to strategic leader, this position offers the opportunity to develop senior-level skills across research, strategy, and organizational change, while helping to reshape how our organization operates.

• Conduct mixed-method research to understand user needs across employee and customer experiences
• Synthesize complex findings into actionable insights that drive design decisions
• Create journey maps, workflows, and conceptual models that align teams around opportunities
• Use prototyping and experimentation to explore and validate solutions
• Focus on understanding the underlying jobs users are trying to accomplish

• Partner with design leadership and executive stakeholders to define an experience strategy that supports our digital transformation
• Present research findings and design recommendations with clarity and impact
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to challenge existing assumptions and solve complex business challenges
• Translate business objectives and technical constraints into human-centered solutions
• Help leaders see beyond current limitations to what's possible

• Create experiences across platforms like Salesforce and Service Now
• Design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Develop scalable patterns and approaches for consistent experiences
• Focus on outcomes and impact rather than pixel-perfect deliverables
• Champion new ways of working through the experiences you design

• Help teams across the organization adopt design thinking methodologies
• Share research insights and design methods to build organizational capability
• Act as a change agent, helping colleagues embrace new approaches
• Contribute to building our design culture and practice
• Model the innovative thinking we need to transform our business

• 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated growth in UX design, design research, or related field, and readiness to expand into strategic and organizational work
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research-led design process and strategic thinking
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Experience designing for Salesforce, Service Now, or similar enterprise platforms
• Background working in organizations undergoing digital transformation
• Knowledge of change management and adoption strategies

• Genuine interest in using design methods to transform how businesses operate
• Knowledge of frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done for understanding user motivations
• Demonstrated ability to grow beyond your comfort zone and challenge conventional thinking
