Responsibilities- Oversee planning, budgeting, and upgrades for properties within the Renovations & Construction team based in Ramsey, NJ.
- Monitor projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and asset management.
- Ensure project milestones are met and notify management of delays.
This position is entry level.
Requirements- Basic knowledge of CAD and Sketch Up.
- Experience with procurement processes.
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Vendor relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with computers (email, spreadsheets, documents, plans).
