The thrill of the holidays is quickly approaching our Uncle Giuseppe's Stores. We are actively seeking a SEASONAL Part-Time Bakery Clerk (Back of House) for our Smithtown store. This seasonal position will run from December to January 1, 2026 and offers a salary of $21.05/hour. Since this is a seasonal position, there are no company benefits associated with this temporary job.

Our Bakery Clerk (BOH) is responsible for packing out bakery items and traying, and baking croissants, muffins, and cookies.

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with NYS Standards as well as QA standards.
• Keep floors clean and clear of debris and spills.
• Maintain and properly use all department equipment as required.
• Rotate product to ensure freshness.
• Ensure accurate signage for the department.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Company rules, policies, safety requirements, security standards and all Local, State and Federal health and civil code regulations.
• Other duties and functions as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language.
