Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our Ramsey, NJ location. You will sell premium mattress/bedding products using our bed Match system, guiding customers through a tailored shopping experience with a proven selling process.
We offer robust compensation with hourly pay or commissions, bonuses, a 401(k) match, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and ongoing training. Evening and weekend shifts and a 4–5 day workweek are common.
