• Support the removal and installation of cabinet doors, custom cabinets, and fixtures in alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
• Follow directions effectively and consistently.
• Learn and master repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize proper techniques for measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinetry.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and overcome job-related challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor in all customer interactions.

• Genuine interest in remodeling with a strong desire to learn and advance in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting and follow guidance from experienced installers.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic carpentry skills are required; experience in trim or frame carpentry is a plus.
• Physical stamina and capability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of Ramsey, NJ, possess a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation.
