In Home Personal Trainer for Ramsey Area

As an In Home Personal Trainer, you will provide one‑on‑one personalized fitness instruction to clients at their homes or other chosen locations. You will help them reach their health, fitness and wellness goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service. The position can be part‑time or full‑time.

The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness instruction and encouragement to clients, ensuring they engage with training consistently. The role is part‑time to full‑time.

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA or DEAC accredited organization).
• Minimum high‑school diploma or GED equivalent; advanced education preferred.
• All experience levels welcome.
• Good verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Knowledgeable of a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
• Clean driver’s license/record.
• Certified in CPR/AED.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics.

• Follow the workout program developed from the initial assessment.
• Select customized exercises that provide optimum results per the client’s needs.
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure correct performance.
• Document and plan sessions in the GYMGUYZ app.
• Complete session notes after each training session.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client sessions through GYMGUYZ scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Motivate clients to their physical limits while offering encouragement.
• Be punctual and manage appointments, including rescheduling.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Complete basic administrative tasks and communicate promptly with coworkers and clients.
• Ensure exercise equipment is kept clean and functional after each session.
• Ensure safe and effective use of equipment by clients.
• Maintain integrity of each client’s chosen setting.
• Apply first‑aid procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Drive and maintain the GYMGUYZ cargo van for business purposes only, if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with the position scope.
