Operating within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities and working with stakeholders across all levels of a business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring supplier governance, compliance and due diligence processes are effectively managed and maintained across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the supplier management policy and support its implementation across the business Manage supplier onboarding processes, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met Conduct supplier due diligence checks including KYC, FCA authorisations, confidentiality reviews and Modern Slavery compliance Maintain and update supplier records and management logs Monitor and manage supplier contract review and renewal schedules Support policy and process reviews and recommend improvements where appropriate Ensure all suppliers are accurately recorded and monitored across all business functions Produce monthly management information (MI) reports Deliver guidance, training and awareness across the business regarding supplier management processes Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within a supplier management, supplier governance, compliance or similar administrative role Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong IT and systems skills, including Microsoft Office A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop

Desirable Experience within Financial Services, Banking or a regulated environment Knowledge or experience of ISO
27001 Understanding of supplier risk management and governance frameworks
