M&E Projects Manager
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 (Depending on experience)
Location:
Ramsgate
Permanent | Full-time and at site
Hours:
8.00am to 5.00pm
We are recruiting for an M&E Projects Manager to join an established business operating within the mechanical and electrical building services sector.
This is a varied project-based role, responsible for managing multiple projects from initial planning through to completion. You will work closely with Project Managers, Directors, site teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple M&E projects from start to completion.
Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, resources and timescales.
Coordinate project teams, site activities, subcontractors and suppliers.
Provide technical and project support to site-based teams.
Monitor quality, compliance, HSEQ and project documentation.
Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships throughout each project.
Assist with variations, valuations, tenders and commercial reporting.
Identify and resolve project issues, delays and risks.
Prepare and review RAMS and other project documentation.
Provide regular project updates to senior management.
Person Specification
Essential:
Experience managing M&E projects within a building services environment.
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
Organised, commercially aware and able to solve problems.
Confident dealing with clients, contractors and internal teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
Relevant Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification.
Experience with project budgets, programmes and quality control.
Experience preparing RAMS and other project documentation.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Full UK driving licence.
