- Arrange all event logistics with suppliers and stakeholders
- Supervise event setup, operation and breakdown
- Coordinate and oversee onsite event staff

- Ensure smooth event delivery and resolve operational issues
- Review event feedback and identify improvements
- Manage promotional merchandise ordering and tracking
- Attend site visits and events as required
- Provide support across the wider events team

- Previous experience in event coordination or event management
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

- Budget tracking and administration experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends
