Recruitment Consultancy Ramsgate, Kent £28000 - £32000 per annum Permanent

HRGO Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a profitable desk. This is a highly sales‑focused role for someone who thrives on business development, targets, and long‑term relationship building.

• Full recruitment responsibility: client acquisition, candidate sourcing, placements, and account management
• Proactively win new business and build lasting client partnerships
• Build and grow a profitable desk across temporary and/or permanent recruitment
• Meet and exceed gross profit and revenue targets
• Negotiate fees and manage margins to maximise performance
• You won't be stuck behind a desk 5 days a week, expect client visits and time in the field

• Proven recruitment experience, or a strong sales/business development background
• UK driving licence required
• Confident, target‑driven, and commercially minded
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Organised, proactive, and motivated to build something of your own

• Ownership of your own desk
