Test Lead - Ramsgate - Hybrid*** - 3 month contract - £400 outside IR35
Predominantly remote, with an expectation of up to three days per week in the office during certain weeks.***
La Fosse has partnered with a government client to recruit an experienced Test Lead on an initial 3-month contract. This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end testing across digital, IT, and operational readiness work streams, ensuring a cohesive and effective testing approach across the programme.
Key Responsibilities- Define and deliver the overall test strategy and detailed test plans
- Lead and coordinate testing across SIT, UAT, and OAT phases
- Oversee defect management and triage processes, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure alignment of testing activities across multiple work streams
- Drive quality assurance best practices across the programme
- Engage and manage key stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and issues
