Marketing Manager
Knowlton is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our small but mighty team of Marketing pros. We need an inspirational manager who is ready to dive into the world of social-first marketing and support a wide range of exciting campaigns. You will be responsible for all of Knowlton’s Marketing, including the delivery of social media marketing, influencer activity and email marketing, while also providing reliable support on paid campaigns and taking ownership of smaller accounts.
You will also be key to developing others and helping them grow!
- People manage the marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met and work is exceptional, and everyone has a fun time doing it!
- Own and Manage all Knowlton Marketing.
- Lead planning and day to day delivery of social media marketing campaigns
- Drive influencer marketing coordination and communication
- Drive email marketing including scheduling and performance tracking
- Take ownership of the marketing accounts, and create and ideate with long term strategic vision.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Lead client calls to support updates and campaign progress
- You are an energetic Marketing leader who enjoys managing people, and driving their growth
- You love social media, creator culture and brand storytelling
- You are organised, reliable and proactive
- You want real responsibility early on
- You enjoy working closely with creative teams
- You like variety and solving problems across marketing channels
- Management experience in an agency, with the ability to inspire a team
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing and email marketing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Confidence communicating with internal teams and clients
- An interest in paid social and performance marketing
- A positive attitude and a desire to do great work

Salary: £33 - £38k per annum
