Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager in our Ramsgate
office.
The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000.

You will ensure that the properties under your teams care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service alongside the day to day line management of you team. You will lead by example and motivate your team to meet and exceed the KPIs, targets and tasks assigned.

• Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio.
• Taking ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
• Providing support to a busy, fast paced team

• Excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with both landlords and tenants.
• Superb written and verbal skills.
• Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks & responsibilities.
