The ideal candidate will have proven estate agency experience, a strong track record in winning instructions, and the ability to spot and secure valuable business opportunities.

• Winning new property instructions and growing the sales portfolio
• Conducting property valuations and advising clients on the sales process
• Providing exceptional customer service at all stages
• Making outbound calls and following up on leads to generate business
• Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and maximising revenue
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets

• Proven ability to win property instructions and generate listings
• Strong telephone sales and customer service skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Intelligent, quick-witted, and able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and articulate
• Local knowledge of Ramsgate (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
