Sales Manager - South Region

Position: Sales Manager - South Region - £55,000 OTE £85,000
We're working with a well-established and growing engineering business looking to recruit an experienced Southern Regional Sales Manager to join their UK sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with an engineering or manufacturing background to manage a defined Southern territory. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and delivering technical capital equipment solutions across a range of manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts across the Southern region Manage the full sales cycle for technical capital equipment solutions Build long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners Identify new market opportunities and maximise sales growth Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM system Requirements:
Proven success within a technical field sales role Engineering or manufacturing industry experience is essential Experience selling capital equipment or engineered solutions is highly desirable Strong business development and key account management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large sales territory independently What's on
