Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Biology Teacher to join our academic team. This role is based on-site at our Ranchi location. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans, conducting interactive and engaging lessons for students, and assessing and supporting their academic growth. You will also ensure a supportive, inclusive, and enriching learning environment for students preparing for high school exams and competitive exams.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge in Biology and demonstrated expertise in teaching the subject at the high school level.
Proficiency in developing effective lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to various student needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts clearly and build rapport with students.
Possess a teaching qualification and experience as an educator in academic settings.
Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Passion for education, a collaborative mindset, and commitment to student success.
Prior experience in JEE/NEET preparation is an added advantage.
