Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for an Aviation Admission Counsellor. The counsellor will interact with prospective students and families, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about aviation programs, admission procedures, training pathways, and career options. Responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, handling walk-ins and phone/email leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining detailed records in the admission management system.

The role involves organizing and participating in seminars, school/college visits, and events to promote the institute’s offerings. The counsellor will collaborate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission experience, from initial contact through enrollment and onboarding.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to counsel diverse candidates and explain complex information clearly.
Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries professionally, build trust, and support conversion from prospect to enrolled student.
Education-focused skills, including the ability to understand academic programs and guide learners on appropriate course and career choices.
Prior experience in admissions, counselling, aviation training, or education services is preferred.
Comfort using basic computer applications, CRM or admission management tools, email, and spreadsheets.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certification in counselling or education is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours during peak admission periods.
