We are looking for an accounts payable professional to support a friendly team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role would start immediately and is perfect for someone looking to work as soon as possible and be able to support the team with accounts payable duties.

• Enter and process accounts payable invoices.
• Verify invoice accuracy and obtain necessary approvals.
• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor inquiries promptly.
• Support payroll and other administrative accounting tasks as needed.

• 1–2 years of accounts payable or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP a plus).
