Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company serving Government Health and Human Services agencies, is seeking a bilingual customer service representative for a fully remote role.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $20.25/hr

  Monday, 1/26/2026 (Orientation & Equipment & Zoom Technical Call)
• Primary languages:
  Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai
• Must be local to Rancho Cordova or surrounding cities
• On‑site training: 4–5 weeks, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm PST
• After training, work remotely from home with a private, secluded space
• High‑speed wired Internet required;
  Wi‑Fi not allowed
• 6‑month project term, possible temp‑to‑hire

• Answer incoming calls from consumers, prospective enrollees, and assistance agents
• Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
• Complete associated tasks according to guidelines
• Meet QA and performance metrics
• Facilitate fulfillment of caller requests for materials (mail, email, download)
• Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities
• Escalate calls or issues to designated staff as needed
• Provide translation services for non‑English speaking callers
• Attend meetings and trainings, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of programs and systems

• High school diploma or GED (proof required)
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in healthcare/insurance/pharma call center industry
• Primary languages:
  Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai
