We work with nonprofit organizations to increase community awareness, encourage engagement, and share information about meaningful causes. Our team connects with people face-to-face at events and community outreach locations.

• Engage with community members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Introduce nonprofit partners and explain their campaigns.
• Answer general questions and share accurate information.
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for the public.
• Collaborate with teammates to support outreach goals.
• Participate in training and ongoing coaching.

• Strong interpersonal skills or a willingness to develop them.
• A positive attitude and professional approach.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn.

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.

Retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center, and other customer-facing experience can be useful, but candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Rancho Cordova, California, with outreach at community events and public locations. It is not a remote customer service position.
