The Senior Pursuit Manager will focus on the Water Solution Portfolio, driving Design‑Build pursuits and mega‑pursuits for the Water Solutions group. The role involves coordinating proposals, leading negotiations, and managing multiple high‑risk pursuits.

• Organize and manage pursuit positioning activities following lead identification.
• Foster understanding of client organization, buying patterns, project selection committee, influencers and political dynamics.
• Manage proposal development from assignment to contract signing, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure Company Wide Authority Matrix (CWAM) compliance and adherence to proposal process procedures such as Opportunity Process Procedure, Cost Reviews, Proposal Review Boards, and more.
• Collaborate with the Client Account Manager and Project Management to implement the proposal strategy.
• Facilitate proposal kick‑off and strategy meetings.
• Ensure project management participation throughout the proposal process.
• Drive collaboration between pursuit team members and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accountability across the pursuit team; meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements.
• Continuously evaluate risks of the project in collaboration with the team.
• Drive review of Risk Register by Project Manager and Project Director, considering solution and client segment perspective.
• Manage any proposals identified as Mega Projects and coordinate required process requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical project execution field.
• Experience with Design‑Build and Water solutions projects.
• Understanding of financial metrics including PGM, revenue, and overhead costs.
• Commercial/business knowledge of contracts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to adapt to quick changes in direction.
• Leadership qualities:
  Accountability, Results-orientation, Communication, Collaboration, Decision Quality, Business Insight.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 8+ years of engineering, project execution, or technical pursuit management experience.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screening, in compliance with applicable laws.

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
