Hotel Lobby Attendant PM Shift

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.72 per hour. Overtime Eligible

The Sacramento Marriott located in Rancho Cordova is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team! If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

This position is responsible for ensuring that all public areas throughout the hotel are clean, well-maintained, organized, and inviting for guests and team members. The Lobby Attendant plays an important role in creating a positive first impression by maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards in lobbies, corridors, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other public areas.

This position may also assist with various housekeeping functions, including Guest Room Attendant, Houseperson, and laundry duties, as business needs require.

This role requires flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional guest service are essential for success in this position.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Lobby Attendant, Guest Room Attendant, Houseperson, Laundry Attendant, or related hospitality experience preferred
• Must be willing and able to perform all housekeeping-related duties as assigned
• Flexible schedule required, including availability to work AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity is welcomed
