Gainwell Technologies is hiring an Associate Help Desk Technician for a hybrid role in Gold River, CA. The position requires a mix of technical support, problem‑solving, and customer service skills. The role is a full‑time contract position with a pay range of $43,300.00–$61,800.00 per year.

• Answer help‑desk calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Log and track incidents in the problem‑management system.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware and software issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior staff as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure queries are resolved within SLA.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce call volume.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.

• 4+ years of experience in technical or customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CalSAWS or similar systems is a plus.

• Office environment with hybrid work: 2 days per week in the office, Gold River, CA.
