Responsible for performing in a production environment. The business operations will include operation of high-speed print equipment, load paper, toner and operate high- speed inserting equipment for mailing customers documents via the United States Postal Service. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. boxes and withstand bending and kneeling (to load and remove paper from printer). This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge of printing and inserting machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing and inserting process.

Responsibilities include assisting with various production support tasks. These tasks may include but are not limited to light industrial work assignments including Shipping and Receiving. Shift work and overtime are required.

• Operate high speed Xerox/Canon printing equipment (allocated print files, load and remove paper from printers)
• Operate high speed inserting equipment for mailing customers documents via the United States Postal Service
• Must be able to work in a production environment and stand for eight or more hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. boxes and withstand bending and kneeling to operate production equipment.
• Overtime required.

• High School diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
• Experience in production environment including operation and preventative maintenance of Xerox printing and Bell & Howell inserting equipment is desired.
• Knowledge of USPS regulations are an advantage.
• Recognize, define, troubleshoot, and elevate equipment problems to ensure production goals are met.
• Ability to meet or exceed production standards on a continued basis.

The pay range for this position is $31,100.00 - $44,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
