CNC Machinist Level III; 2nd Shift

Wage Scale: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour + 10% Shift differential + $5K Sign‑On Bonus

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 5–8‑hour shifts, Overtime available

• Independently execute advanced CNC machining and programming
• Design and implement custom fixtures for production efficiency
• Apply advanced lathe and true 5‑axis machining techniques
• Collaborate with Project Managers on time, cost, and scope planning
• Mentor and train junior machinists to elevate team performance

• 5‑7 years of relevant CNC Machining, set‑up and programming experience.
• Expertise in 2D/3D programming and multi‑axis machining.
• Strong knowledge of lathe operations, complex fixturing, and high‑tolerance machining.
• Proficiency with Fusion 360 or related CAM software.
• Team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Exposure to machining components, coolants, and airborne particles.
• Moderate to extreme noise conditions – hearing protection provided as needed.
