Haulaway Incorporated (a subsidiary of CR&R Incorporated) is expanding fast. We need a customer‑first professional to own the customer experience from first contact through ongoing account success.

What You Will Do
  • Be the first point of contact and the voice of Haulaway for customers and branch partners
  • Convert inquiries into new rentals and support account expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate order activity to ensure flawless deliveries, pickups, and relocations
  • Follow up proactively to keep customers informed, supported, and satisfied
  • Maintain clean and accurate sales data in Salesforce and other tracking tools
  • Partner with Dispatch to eliminate friction and resolve issues quickly
  • Process payments and support account billing to keep business flowing
  • Build productive internal relationships with team members who support customer success
  • Deliver results through reliability, urgency, and ownership

What You Bring
  • Customer-first mindset with a track record of responsiveness and accountability
  • Minimum 1 year in a customer service, inside sales, or service-driven role
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Confidence working in Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
  • Experience in construction, logistics, rentals, or bilingual skill is a plus
