Are you the type of person who has the discipline to follow a proven sales process that leads to a six‑figure income? Then we want you to join the family. As a Sales Consultant you will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays.

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop area competition.

One to two years of new home sales experience is required. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills – both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups – is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license. A valid Real Estate License is required.

Estimated annual compensation of $200,000 (base salary of $40K/year plus commission and incentives) and extensive benefits—including medical, dental and vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match—are offered.
