Job Summary

Aztec Solar is looking for a Pool Solar Installer to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role focuses on installing and maintaining solar pool heating systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in plumbing, roofing, or general solar installations, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities :

• Install solar pool heating systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Mount solar collectors and connect piping systems to pool filtration units.
• Ensure proper system alignment, plumbing, and flow rates for efficient performance.
• Work on rooftops and ground mounted systems following safety protocols.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
• Seal penetrations and ensure weatherproofing to prevent leaks.
• Educate customers on system operation and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in solar pool heating, plumbing, roofing, or a related trade.
• Familiarity with PVC piping, plumbing connections, and basic electrical work.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
