HVAC Service​/Repair Technicians

Salary: $50,000 - $120,000 per year

Ideal Candidate: 3 years HVAC experience and EPA certification.

Sierra Pacific is a leader in home services, offering HVAC, Solar, and more. We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, maintain indoor comfort and energy efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Present repair options, upgrade opportunities, service agreements and pricing to clients in a clear, polite, and respectful manner.
• Complete approved repairs/improvements in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment.
• Leave a clean and orderly work area.
• Collect payment and fill out paperwork properly.

• HVAC Service: at least 3 years.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Clean DMV record and Driver's license required.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
