Yard Personnel - MUST HAVE HEAVY EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE

What you’ll be doing:

• Shoveling material, sweeping around the plant and hosing down the yard
• Driving forklift, backhoe or loader to move rock into bins for the conveyor
• Keeping reclaim ponds clean so trucks can continue to unload their extra ready mix material
• Helping mechanics fix plants when issues arise
• Moving or loading material from one location to another, operating heavy duty equipment
• Landscaping that includes weeding and raking
• Emptying bins/garbage from main office or plants when full or requested

What you’ll need:

• Dependable transportation
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to start work at 6 AM, or earlier, work flexible hours, overtime, and Saturdays
• Loader and/or forklift experience is a plus!
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
