Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential plumbing service calls with a focus on diagnosing customer issues, presenting solutions, and executing quality work.
• Conduct installations and repairs, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and re‑piping of water lines.
• Operate drain cleaning and jetting equipment, and use a sewer camera for diagnostics.
• Solder or pro‑press copper pipes and mega press gas pipes.
• Repair copper, cast‑iron, PVC, ABS, and galvanized piping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle while projecting a professional, well‑groomed appearance.

Daily Duties:

• Prepare equipment and tool lists for each job.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow customer instructions carefully while documenting work performed through photos and written details.
• Collect customer signatures and complete necessary paperwork.
• Work safely from elevated surfaces and ladders as needed.

• A skilled professional with a strong work ethic and dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to handle diverse plumbing tasks while maintaining a customer‑first mindset.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and clear communication at all times.
• Clean DMV record and Driver's License required.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
