To perform welding tasks that ensure the maintenance and fabrication of trench shoring or safety equipment, contributing to the safety and operational efficiency of our rental fleet.

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on trench shoring or safety equipment
• Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is safe and operational
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws
• Operate various metal fabrication equipment and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in welding from a recognized institution
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in the construction or equipment rental industry
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
• Ability to perform various welding techniques (MIG, arc welding, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including stretching, turning, twisting, and reaching overhead
• Ability to bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
