Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant supports various departments with clerical, administrative, and mail-processing tasks. Responsibilities include filing, mailing, printing, photocopying, coordinating shipments, and assisting with print production workflows. The Operations Assistant will schedule, route, organize, and archive assigned print production projects, ensuring they are completed on time while maintaining accurate tracking in the production database.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Picking up and delivering mail to and from the post office when needed
- Coordinating incoming mail receipts and sorting mail using computer-based software
- Delivering and collecting interoffice mail
- Preparing outgoing mail with appropriate postage
- Processing certified letters and packages following USPS requirements
- High school / GED equivalent
- Active CA Driver's License
- Medical
