The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family construction, with at least 2 years of estimating experience. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost forecasts and evaluating construction methods, while also ensuring compliance with building codes. A comprehensive understanding of estimating software, including Smartsheet and Procore, is also required.
