You will work with the Superintendent and Construction VP to define scopes of work, monitor the budget, and help keep the project on schedule.
Responsibilities include coordinating with city inspectors, permits, plan checks, and Certificates of Occupancy; directing subcontractors and site staff; producing progress reports; and ensuring OSHA
