Base pay: $/yr – $/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• DDS/DMD degree
• Endodontic Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board
• Active California State Dental Board license
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• DEA, CPR, and NPI required

• Maintain great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
• Collaborate with the entire office team to promote trust, connection, and relationships with patients and one another
• Understand how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and comfort during treatment

• Beautiful, state‑of‑the‑art offices equipped with modern systems, equipment and supplies
• Full back‑office support by specialty managers, assistants, floor supervisors, RDAs, DAs, X‑ray techs and sterilization clerks
• High‑caliber instruments and reliable, quality supplies from reputable companies
• Regulatory and facility compliance support
• Steady flow of patients of all payor types

Experienced endodontists welcome – we will support you in growing clinically and operationally so that you can be the best you can be. New endodontists are encouraged; we will train you, coach you and provide regular chart reviews, one‑on‑one coaching, company‑sponsored CE courses and additional training programs.
