Arlon is seeking a proactive OEM Marketing Manager to drive the adoption of specialty laminate and prepreg materials by OEMs in Aerospace/ Avionics and Defense, Medical, as well as Space and Satellite markets. This role focuses on strategically engaging OEM decision-makers—engineers, designers, and program managers—to generate product evaluations, approvals, and long-term specifications through technical influence and collaborative marketing efforts.

• OEM Engagement:
  Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with OEM decision-makers, mapping organizational hierarchies to influence specifications
• Influence OEM engineers to evaluate Arlon/EMC products and guide trials through close coordination with field sales and engineering teams

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Sales
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with OEMs, Manufacturing, or within PCB, laminate, prepreg, or similar fields

• Base Salary:  -  + Bonus
