Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving both the strategic vision and day-to-day financial operations of a rapidly expanding retail and distribution company. This hands‑on role oversees Finance, Accounting, IT, and Strategy while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of Finance and Accounting, including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Drive strategic planning, investment evaluation, and M&A initiatives
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to guide business growth and decision-making
- Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Proven experience in the retail industry is required
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance
- Prior CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership experience in growth-oriented businesses
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification strongly preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong hands‑on execution ability
- Experience in multi-location operations or distribution is a strong plus
