Financial Controller – Hybrid (Rancho Cucamonga / Ontario Area)

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
• Deliver clear analysis to guide executive decision‑making
• Optimize cash management, banking relationships, and overall financial health
• Strengthen internal controls and build best‑practice processes
• Oversee month‑end close, audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Build, coach, and develop the finance team
• Partner across departments to align KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
• Drive continual improvement in systems, workflows, and financial visibility
• Serve as a strategic advisor on contracts, investments, and growth opportunities

• 4–10+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience (retail preferred)
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable balancing hands‑on work with high‑level strategic partnership
• Strong communicator who can translate numbers into clear actions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office + accounting systems (Net Suite a plus)
• Leadership mindset—coaching, communication, and team development come naturally
