Financial Controller – Hybrid (Rancho Cucamonga / Ontario Area)

You'll partner directly with the President and senior leaders to guide strategy, cash decisions, and long‑range planning. - Culture shaper:

- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
- Deliver clear analysis to guide executive decision‑making
- Optimize cash management, banking relationships, and overall financial health
- Strengthen internal controls and build best‑practice processes
- Oversee month‑end close, audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Build, coach, and develop the finance team
- Partner across departments to align KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
- Drive continual improvement in systems, workflows, and financial visibility
- Serve as a strategic advisor on contracts, investments, and growth opportunities
- 4–10+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience (retail preferred)
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable balancing hands‑on work with high‑level strategic partnership
- Strong communicator who can translate numbers into clear actions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office + accounting systems (Net Suite a plus)
- Leadership mindset—coaching, communication, and team development come naturally
