Mental Health Specialist

We are hiring - Mental Health Specialist (Groups & Training)

We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist with a passion for leading therapeutic and psycho educational groups, conducting staff or community trainings, and supporting individuals with mental health needs. This role is ideal for someone who is'}}> engaging, knowledgeable, and able to deliver structured group curriculum and trainings.

• Facilitate group sessions (therapeutic, psycho educational, or skills-based)
• Develop and deliver trainings for clients, staff, or community partners
• Provide mental health support services to individuals and/or families
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with clinical team to support client care and program needs
• Assist with program development and resource coordination

Bachelor’s degree in the field of behavioral sciences such as psychology, sociology, child development, social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.

• 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
• Experience leading groups.
• Experience working in a mental health position (preferred, not required).
